The 'Workshop on Sanskrit Computational Tools to Understand Sanskrit Texts' aimed to introduce various teaching tools/aids to Sanskrit teachers to equip their students in understanding the original Sanskrit texts independently with the help of these tools. The participants were introduced to pada-patha, pada- paricaya, akanksha-yogyata-sannnidhi and anvaya steps involved in understanding any text. Sankshepa Ramayana, Bhagavad Gita, and a sample from Raghuvamsha were used as sample reading material.
These lectures were recorded during the workshop organised by the Chinmaya International Foundation Shodha Sansthan at Adi Sankara Nilayam from in December, 2011.
