Yuktidipika with 72 karikas, is considered a complete philosophical treatise, giving an elaborate description of the nature of prakrti and purusa, theory of reality, theory of understanding Liberation and freedom from suffering, the aphorisms, the means of knowledge and the etymological meaning of the technical terms.
These lectures by Dr. Ramesh Kumar Sharma, former Emeritus Fellow, Department of Philosophy, University of Delhi were recorded during the textual workshop on Yuktidipika conducted in March 2017 by CIF Shodha Sansthan. They are especially significant as this Sankhya commentary is rarely taught in any college or university.
